I have seen this one before and its awesome.
It reminds me of a little trick I learned last year. It has apparently been around forever I had just overlooked it. Incase I am not the only one...
The printscreen button on pcs can be used to capture stills from videos. Or even those pesky pics that have been right click protected. Just hit printscreen during the video (don't press pause). It looks like nothing happens, but it puts a copy of the entire screen image on the clipboard. This can then be pasted into just about any photo editor, cropped and saved for future reference. No special software required even the basic MS paint can do it...
Not sure if there is something similar on a Mac.

awesome video! and Patrick, on a mac command-shift-3 lets you take a picture of the entire screen, and command-shift-4 lets you lets you select the are you want to take the picture of.
